We design and create all of our pieces in South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and we thrive to create timeless products that balance nature and human intervention, tradition and modernity, functionality and elegance. To reach our goal, we pay utmost attention to details in every important step of furniture making. Our lumber is carefully inspected and hand picked locally, only from sources that follow sustainable forest management practice and conservation techniques. The lumber is then painstakingly sawed, joined, shaped, sanded, and finished using both hand tools and contemporary techniques. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their order. LEAD-TIME: To maintain the lowest possible price this piece is NOT IN STOCK and is MADE AFTER YOU ORDER. Lead-time varies from 1 to 12 weeks depending on my backlog, the pieces that you order and when you order. Please inquire with the piece(s) you are interested in for a quote.

SHIPPING: Shipping is not $0.01. This item ships by freight carrier and Etsy's shipping calculator is not setup to calculate freight cost. Shipping cost are extra and at buyer's expense. Minnesota residents may pickup their furniture free of charge by appointment. All non-resident orders must be shipped and by us. Furniture ships to the contiguous 48 United States only. Sorry no international shipping or shipping to P.O. Boxes, physical addresses only. I have been shipping furniture for many years and have access to excellent rates. To help facilitate the sale I am willing to pass along those rates to you at my cost. I recommend getting a shipping quote BEFORE you purchase so you know what the cost will be. For a quote please message me the piece(s) that you are interested in, if its going to your home or business and your zip code.

SALES TAX: Minnesota residents add 7.525% sales tax.

CHECKOUT AND PAYMENT: Place the item(s) you want to purchase in the cart and commit to buy. Item is not purchased and is still available for others to purchase until you commit to buy. We require payment in full for the furniture at the time of purchase. We will invoice you for shipping cost when your order is complete. Shipping invoices are due and payable upon receipt prior to shipping. For security reasons we can only ship to the address that Etsy gives us so please make sure that your "ship to" address with Etsy and your credit card is the correct shipping address BEFORE making your payment. Request to change your shipping address after payment has been sent will not be accepted. After I receive your payment I will confirm the order back to you showing receipt of payment and order details.

RETURNS: If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, return the furniture to me in it's original packaging and condition freight prepaid within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price. You must contact me prior to returning the item for a Return Authorization Number within 14 days of delivery.
